At SobiMart , we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive products in excellent condition. If there’s ever an issue, we provide a simple process for checking and replacing items under our policy guidelines.
Policy Timelines

For electronics, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

For all other items, the replacement period is 14 days.

If your product is physically damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the matter quickly.

When You Can Request a Replacement

If you received the wrong product.

If the product delivered has a defect or issue.
Conditions to Qualify

The product must be unused and in original condition.

All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

Neither the product nor packaging should be tampered with or damaged.
Additional Guidelines

Items without a company warranty include a 14-day SobiMart checking warranty.

Products with official company warranty are covered under the brand’s terms.

Replacement requests may take 3–5 business days to process after inspection.
Refunds
Refunds apply only on pre-paid orders in the following cases:

The product is out of stock.

The order was not dispatched/delivered.

You received a completely different product from what you ordered.
