Easy Returns & Replacements

At SobiMart , we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive products in excellent condition. If there’s ever an issue, we provide a simple process for checking and replacing items under our policy guidelines.

Policy Timelines

  • For electronics, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • For all other items, the replacement period is 14 days.

  • If your product is physically damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the matter quickly.

💡 Special Offer: Orders above AED 250 are eligible for a 10% discount as a thank you for shopping with us.

When You Can Request a Replacement

  • If you received the wrong product.

  • If the product delivered has a defect or issue.

Conditions to Qualify

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

  • Neither the product nor packaging should be tampered with or damaged.

Additional Guidelines

  • Items without a company warranty include a 14-day SobiMart checking warranty.

  • Products with official company warranty are covered under the brand’s terms.

  • Replacement requests may take 3–5 business days to process after inspection.

Refunds

Refunds apply only on pre-paid orders in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • The order was not dispatched/delivered.

  • You received a completely different product from what you ordered.
