Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at support@sobimart.com or via our customer care number listed on the website. Kindly provide your order number and cancellation reason so we can process your request promptly.

Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We encourage you to check your order carefully before confirming to avoid any inconvenience.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Please note that orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the production or preparation process has started. These items are created specifically for you, and as such, we are unable to resell them.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
